Payment Options
For your convenience, we offer a variety of payment options:
Credit Card Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We have a 3.5% transaction fee.
Wire Transfer
We accept payment by wire transfer. Please contact the sales department for banking details and note that there is a $30 charge for this option to cover bank fees.
Open Account
Net 30 terms are available. Please contact a sales representative for a credit application, or you may email us your bank info. and trade references.
International Orders
We will ship most anywhere in the world. We typically ship via Federal Express, but can also use your freight forwarder. Most orders are shipped the same day, so you will receive your order typically within 1-5 business days, depending on the service you select.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, as Customs policies vary widely from country to country. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Shipping
All orders ship from Irvine, CA. We ship by a variety of carriers. Our best rates are with UPS and FedEx.
Will Call
You may ‘Will Call’ your order at our facility in Irvine, CA. If you would like to view our products prior to ordering, you are more than welcome to do that. Please let your salesperson know if you’d like to do this so that we can have the product out and ready before you arrive.
Drop Shipment
We’re happy to “blind” drop ship directly to your customer. Please contact a sales representative for details.
Product Warrenty
We offer a 1 year warranty on our products against any manufacturing defects. Please know that this does not cover ‘wear and tear’ from field use or ‘damage’ caused by the user.
Returns
If, for some reason, you need to return your purchase, please contact your sales representative for a Return Material Authorization number (RMA#). Before calling, please make sure to have the sales order or invoice number, and description of the problem.
